Garment 101 Series: Learn Garment Sewing

Let’s stitch up some serious style!
Ready to dive into garment sewing? In this beginner-friendly class, you’ll create a full outfit while learning all the essentials of sewing clothes! We’ll guide you step-by-step as you make the Cielo Top by Closet Core and the Emerson Pants by True Bias — two stylish and approachable patterns perfect for new garment makers.
You’ll learn how to read a pattern, take measurements, choose your size, prep fabric, and sew two pieces you’ll be proud to wear. Whether you're brand new to garment sewing or just need a little confidence boost, this class is the perfect next step after the Sewing 101 Intensive!
This course includes plenty of in-class work time and personalized instruction to help you build confidence and complete both garments. Please note: while most students finish their pieces during class, you may need to complete a bit of homework between sessions. You’re always welcome to join our WIP (Work-In-Progress) Club for extra studio time and support!
