Kids Beginner Workshop: Learn-To-Sew

In this Beginner Workshop, kids will learn how to use a sewing machine. They'll learn sewing machine basics, including: how to wind a bobbin, thread the machine and how to sew straight, even seams. Students will also complete a project to take home in this workshop. All materials included!
This class is a prerequisite to our 'Sewciety Kids' 6-week after-school courses and all mini camps or summer camps. Students who are 7-8 years old must attend class with an adult (parent or guardian). Students aged 9+ may attend by themselves. Please include the age of the child when registering the child's name!
The cost includes registration for your child. If your child is under 9 years old, you will only need to register for one seat, but please put both of your names & age of your child when registering in the 'Attendee Spot' at registration.

Note: Please arrive to class on time, as essential information is given in the first few minutes of class. Students arriving late to class will not be permitted in the classroom.
Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend the class, you may receive a refund or credit for a future class ONLY if we are notified in writing via email at least 72 hours prior to the first class AND we are able to fill your spot.
No other refunds or credits will be given for missed classes. By registering for the class, you are agreeing to this cancellation policy.
